The buddha says that all life has suffering and unhapinness because of craving and attachement to various things. Like a house, friends, a car, personal belonings, good health, a happy marriage life etc, etc.

If we want to end our sufferings we have to reach nirvana. To reach nirvana the Buddha teaches an 8 point path we should live by:

  1. Look at things the right way
  2. Start your things the right way
  3. Speak the right way
  4. Act the right way
  5. Live the right way
  6. Put in the right dedication
  7. Give the right attention
  8. Meditate in the right way
